I am not sure how the appartement got 8+ rating. Yes for sure location is decent, BUT. There is 0 sound proof in the apartment, at 00:30 garbage is being picked up in front of the windows so if you have fallen asleep- bad luck. Trying to sleep longer- your problem. People from neighboring apartments will wake up at 6 and will wake you up while walking the stairs.
It was close to Prado and other museums, loads of good restaurants around
