Camera super pulita e accogliente, posizione ottima vicina al museo del Prado e al Reina Sofia e alla metro. Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. Consiglio sicuramente!

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the the place along with easy access to train station and restaurants
My check in was delayed for over an hour! We were cold at night and asked for another blanket and warmer water for the shower but we never got it! We spoke with the virtual assistant couple times but we got nowhere! We left really disappointed ☹️
