Heart of Notts, Quiet Studio, Back of the Building

I’ve stayed in quite a few places and have made over 80 bookings over the years, and this is definitely one of the places where I’ve had a really great experience. First off entrance was easy, and appreciated the keysafe for self check in . The studio has pretty much everything you need. It was a little hot, probably because it’s August, but there is a fan and opening the window brought in some fresh air, so it wasn’t really a problem. Everything else worked perfectly. There’s a hairdryer, iron, microwave, cutlery, dishes, cups and everything needed to prepare a quick meal. The toilet and shower worked perfectly, and even the TV worked without any problems. I also liked the mirror beside the main door — a small detail, but very useful for checking yourself before going out. Finally, I have to mention the host, Lilibeth. She answers questions, is helpful when you need something and, most importantly, provides solutions. That made a real difference to my stay. Very professional. A good host can turn a good property into a great experience, and that was certainly the case here. I would definitely stay here again.

Shower a bit small.

Great location, near to everything we needed. Very central. Apartment itself very clean and tidy.

Very hot and stuffy during the night. A fan was provided but it was very loud (as fans are) so kept us away. Bed and pillows not that comfortable, but for the amount paid it was good value. Biggest issue was the homeless and drug addicts lying around the entrance to the building everytime we came in or out. It was quite scary at times especially when arriving back late.

Hairdryer was broken which only discovered after washing my hair, not owners fault if previous guest did not mention but was bit annoying as had to leave with wet hair.
