More Problems Than Comfort
The property is connected closely to the train/metro station (within 5 mins). Travel to the city centre was seamless. There are also shops and restaurants located nearby.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was a constant series of avoidable problems that made what should have been a comfortable trip unnecessarily stressful.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the stove was not even plugged in. The only way to use it was to unplug the fridge and swap the plug behind it, something the host actually suggested. This is completely impractical and unacceptable, especially when you have food that needs refrigeration. We were told someone would come the same day to fix it. No one came. The next day, the host claimed to be surprised and said someone would bring an adapter — again, delayed.
The bathroom situation was equally frustrating. The shower area is very dimly lit, with the only light far from where you actually shower. On top of that, the drain clogged extremely fast, flooding the small bathroom and soaking everything. A worker had to be scheduled during our stay just to make it usable.
The sofa bed is uncomfortable, thin, very springy, and extremely noisy. Any movement produces loud sounds and had visible stains, clearly indicating it wasn’t properly cleaned.
One of the wooden chairs was already broken. Thankfully, I noticed before fully sitting down.
The kitchen utensils and pots were dirty and unhygienic. I only used one pot after extensive scrubbing and cleaning myself, which should never be necessary in a paid accommodation.
To top it all off, on our final night, the stove stopped working again. I informed the host in the morning — no response until the afternoon. Only after calling did anything move. A worker came, temporarily fixed it, and it worked briefly… only to stop working again the next morning. This completely disrupted our plans to cook at home.
For the price paid, this apartment is absolutely not worth it. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is the host’s polite attitude, which did not make up for the poor maintenance and hygiene issues.

E’ un seminterrato completamente pieno di umidità, camera con letto matrimoniale minuscolo (era un divano letto) e due letti a castello che impediscono qualsiasi possibilità di movimento, le finestre sono sotto il livello strada quindi impossibile arieggiare gli ambienti, bagno approssimativo con totale mancanza di illuminazione, divano nel soggiorno pieno di macchie di non comprensibile provenienza. Cucina non utilizzata ma scarna di qualsiasi elemento. Concludendo il prezzo è particolarmente eccessivo per quanto proposto.
