Cortesia della proprietaria (Roberta), appartamento come nuovo, pulizia.
Un po' complicata la procedura d'ingresso nell'appartamento gestita via app (forse anche non ottimale da un punto di vista della sicurezza nel caso di smartphone scarico/smarrimento/rubato). Ma trattasi di una valutazione meramente personale.

Localisation is perfect. Literally you go out of a building and there is a Metro station. On the other side of the street is a big groceries store. Apartment is very spacious. I was travelling alone, but for two people it’s more than enough.
Contact with an owner is great, instructions to enter the building and apartments are clear.
It’s not like this is a negative, but the washing machine would be nice. I found out, in the evening prior to my check out, that there is a Laundry just besides the building entrance though 😅 but something like a plastic washing bowl for manual washing, would be sufficient.
Oh! And something to prevent a cupboard door over the sink to slam, would be a good addition too 😄

Bereikbaarheid en ligging. Goed aan te rijden vanaf de snelweg. Dichtbij een metrostation.
Goede douche!
Geen vaste parkeerplaats. En er hing een sigaretten rook lucht.

The apartment was nicely decorated, good wi fi; we liked that we had coffee and water and biscuits. It was an advantage for us to have the bathroom separate from the toilet. Nice method of keyless access. The host was very nice and helpful.Big fridge and oven.The apartment is right near the metro station and there is. direct connection towards Duomo station. Conad supermarket is very close.
A microwave and a toaster would have been useful for longer stay.
