The master suite has a king bed with "top of the line" box spring and mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath, which includes a new walk-in shower. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen has all stainless steel appliances! The kitchen also has a a breakfast bar area, a dining table, full size refrigerator, appliances such as coffee maker, and microwave. A washer/dryer are just off the kitchen area.
The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex.
Relax outside on the large terrace which is fully furnished including a wet bar while enjoying a delicious meal or cocktail after a day in the sun.
After a day in the sun, relax and watch many sports channels on the new 55 inch curved TV with plenty of HDTV stations! Also, free calls to US and Canada!!
Other amenities include ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
