- The lovely features of this beautiful 2100+ sq. ft.villa include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar, a roomy dining area, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender and pantry. A washer/dryer are conveniently located and concealed off the kitchen area.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides two Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.
There are flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. This place is in an excellent location, close walk to and from town. The resort is beautiful and has all of the amenities. It is a nice resort for a family.On the first day of our stay, there was a reported Villa La Valencia board member at the upper pool with friends/other guests in a group that made ourselves and others at the pool feel uncomfortable because of complaints that our kids were “splashing.” This was quite awkward. Please note that this resort has strict rules regarding pool use. After our first day, all kids in the pool had fun and to my knowledge no other complaints were made. The master bedroom bathroom would clog almost daily and had to call guest services to unclog it but the problem was never fully resolved. Other than stated above, which was minimal for our stay, we had an excellent time and really enjoyed this villa and resort. We would go back again in a heartbeat. We did not do the all inclusive option and chose to eat off site because of the very elevated resort prices at the onsite restaurants. If you do not choose to leave the resort, all inclusive option might be the best and most affordable option.
