- Step outside this privately owned 2100+ sq. ft. villa onto the expansive terrace and you'll know you've made an excellent choice for your vacation at Villa La Estancia, situated on one of the most coveted stretch of beach in Cabo San Lucas, Medano Beach.
- Soak in the magnificent views of the Sea of Cortez and the famous Land's End rock formation.
- This lavish resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home.
This tastefully Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar for your outdoor entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
A personal concierge awaits you prior to and during your stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for groceries. (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. The property was exactly as advertised. Rooms were clean (maid service every other day was nice). Pool area was great. Unlike other resorts, we did not have to run down at the crack of dawn to reserve chairs (they don't allow it until 8:00, which is awesome). No complaints from us. A few notes for future renters: 1) you can opt for the all-inclusive which allows you to eat at all three resorts (129/pp, per day). We didn't opt for this, but it's there if you prefer it. 2) you can easily walk into town (10-15 minute walk). Tons of restaurants close by. Very safe to walk (although, we did not walk late at night so I can't comment on that). 3) Super friendly staff at all three locations. 4) Bring some laundry detergent if you plan on running a couple of loads. 5) Kitchen had pretty much everything you need if you want to buy groceries and prepare some meals in the kitchen (bring some dish soap/sponge if you want to clean dishes, or wait for maid service every other day). 6) market does tend to be on the costly side, but they've got a good grocery selection if you need something small. 7) Ubers were totally safe if you want to venture off-property. 8) tons of restaurants at the marina, but we found the further we ventured from the marina, the better the prices (just a few blocks makes a big difference). Would definitely return.

The villa was just as promoted. Very attentive concierge, Joel, and he strived each day to make our experience the very best it could be. The resort is beautiful and service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this resort for all families that is looking for a safe, 5-star resort from food, amenities, cleanliness, proximity to the town, and overall safety.

This unit had many issues. BBQ had leaking gas. so we could not use itOnly VERY hot water to washing machineSafe in quest room, could not be reopened due to dead battery. Took 4 men to try and get it open. Almost missed our flight, due to this
