- This lavish resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home.
- This beautiful Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area. There is also a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for grocercies. (extra charge for shopping and groceries).

Great location, great facility. The room was very nice, comfortable, large, and great view. The property was great and right on the water. It is walkable to downtown Cabo and also easy to jump in a taxi. Would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic! The unit was immaculate and the staff well trained. Everything was superb! 100% recommend. We went to Pal Mar and Arcos. They are a lot more loud and rowdy. I’m sure they are lovely too.The trolley was helpful and if you don’t want to pay taxi prices, walk or take trolley to the entrance and pick up your uber. They can’t come in to pick you up, but they can drop you off at your location on the way back.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The property was as beautiful as the pictures and so close and convenient to town. We would definitely rebook this property.
