- Enjoy the beauty of the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea of Cortez from your private 2100 sq. ft + villa at Villa La Estancia's 5-star resort located on Medano Beach. which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean.
- This lavish resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home.
- This beautiful Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area. There is also a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for grocercies. (extra charge for shopping and groceries).

This was our second time staying in this unit. We loved it so much, we came back to the same familiar place. Everything at this resort is exceptional from the bell hops to the grounds keepers. We do not do all inclusive ( because we love experiencing the local cuisine), but we have dined at the restaurants and they are amazing. This is our go to place for a peaceful winter get away!

I was skeptical that this would live up to expectations-- but in fact it exceeded them. The apartment was perfect and I can't think of one thing that was not top notch.

Our stay at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into paradise. The villa was spacious, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect place to relax and unwind.We especially appreciated having the privacy and comfort of our own villa while still enjoying all the amenities of a full-service resort. It truly was the best of both worlds. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The breathtaking views and ideal location of our villa made every moment feel special.From booking through check-out, our host made the entire process seamless and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo!
