Step outside this privately owned 2100 sq. ft villa onto the large terrace, with endless views, and you'll know you've made an excellent choice for your vacation at Villa La Estancia, situated on one of the most coveted stretch of beach in Cabo San Lucas, Medano Beach. View the famous Land's End rock formation. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort.
This Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, flat screen TV's in all room, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, an entertainment center and a full bath. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 with a full bath just off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dining table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry and waher/dryer just off the kitchen. The drinking water is completely filtered through the Villa Las Estancia complex.

We loved the resort, our teenage boys enjoyed ordering smoothies and snacks at the swim up bar, and the 2 bedroom rental gave us the space we all needed, was clean, well appointed and had spectacular views of the ocean!

Beautiful accommodations! Visit was too short!! Jane’s team had super communication before the trip, transportation arranged by team was safe and comfortable. La Casona never disappoints— yummy.We will be back.

This condo/property is as pictured-even better. It was quiet and peaceful. Even though we went for spring break, this is NOT a party hotel/resort. I don't remember reading that there was going to be maid service every other day, so that was a nice plus. Even though we brought our own, there were "hotel like" soaps, shampoo's, etc available for our use. Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful. We rented a car. The daily valet didn't cost a dime (we tipped each time we got the car), but otherwise the parking and valet were FREE! Costco is a stones throw as is Walmart. It's a short walk into town. We walked everywhere, but we're walkers!! Only complaint I had was the pool chairs. They were always occupied w/ books or items by 7:00 am and no one sitting in the seats. There are signs everywhere that towels are available at 8:00am and you are not to reserve a seat for more than a hour. NO ONE abided by this rule. This is not something the owner can control, its a resort issue. The gym is nice and there is a sauna and steam room that you can use for free. Unit had everything we needed. We had to buy laundry detergent, otherwise they supplied the dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, coffee filters and creamer. They refilled the toilet paper as needed. We stayed for 10 days. All in all it was a very nice stay at an amazing resort/condo!! We'll definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Villa La Estancia. Location was awesome and a beautiful place. We got the meal plan two of the days and was definitely worth it. For a family of 5 we came out ahead about 400 each day we did it. We ate all 3 meals and snacks on the property those days and enjoyed going out to others. Will be back!
