Things to Note:
• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.
• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!
-This breathtaking villa sits perfectly on the groundfloor, centerstage to this 5 star resort. Walk through your patio straight onto a pathway to the pool and to the private beach! This is a perfect setup for families, for couples, for friends, for everyone!
- This beautiful villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
- The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a wet bar and lounge chairs.
Let your personal concierge arrange dinner reservations and/or excursions! Your concierge will shop for groceries as well! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

This was our first trip to Cabo, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Villa La Estancia offers everything you need onsite with access to restaurants and groceries. The property is beautiful, and the service is incredible.
The condo was incredible with lots of space, a fabulous view, and everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Estancia! It was our third time coming as a family and this was our favorite unit yet. We have young children so the safety & convenience of the ground level gave us peace of mind. Jane + her team had excellent communication with us the entire trip & we knew just what to expect. We will be back again!
