Step outside this privately owned 2100 sq. ft villa onto the large terrace, with endless views, and you'll know you've made an excellent choice for your vacation at Villa La Estancia, situated on one of the most coveted stretch of beach in Cabo San Lucas, Medano Beach. View the famous Land's End rock formation. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort.
This Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished eat-in terrace complete with a wet bar. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, flat screen TV's in all room, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, an entertainment center and a full bath. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 with a full bath just off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dining table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry and waher/dryer just off the kitchen. The drinking water is completely filtered through the Villa Las Estancia complex.

We’ve stayed at numerous resorts in Cabo over the years. Estancia is by far the most excellent place we’ve stayed. From the arrival ( which was so easy and no lines at check-in) to the food at the restaurants and pool area, there is no better service and food that we have experienced at any other resort in Cabo. We were spoiled and plan to return to Estancia on a regular basis. We are so glad to have found a truly luxury resort and want to thank the staff and service at this truly extraordinary resort.

We loved the resort, our teenage boys enjoyed ordering smoothies and snacks at the swim up bar, and the 2 bedroom rental gave us the space we all needed, was clean, well appointed and had spectacular views of the ocean!

Beautiful accommodations! Visit was too short!! Jane’s team had super communication before the trip, transportation arranged by team was safe and comfortable. La Casona never disappoints— yummy.We will be back.
