-Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!
-This breathtaking villa sits centerstage to this 5 star resort. Close to the pool, beach, restaurants - This is a perfect setup for families, for couples, for friends, for everyone!
- This beautiful villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
- The primary suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area complete with a wet bar and lounge chairs.
Let your personal concierge arrange dinner reservations and/or excursions! Your concierge will shop for groceries as well! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Cabo! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. Communication with Jane's team was excellent throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had the BEST stay in Cabo for spring break! This was our second year in a row at Villa Estancia and I’m sure we’ll be back. Our villa was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed! We cooked many of our meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was very attentive and helped with all our needs and also helped us book excursions including wave runners and a catamaran sunset cruise. The kids room was huge and our daughters were even able ti bring a friend last minute which they accommodated. There is a third bathroom off the main living area that was very nice to have. I highly recommend this rental!
