We offer a garden view, two-bedroom, three bath condo with all the amenities of a five star hotel, but all the comforts of home. Villa La Estancia offers a 24 hour front desk concierge service, 24 hour security, pool-side restaurants, a beautiful fitness center, and a spectacular ocean view. You can also enjoy a swimming Jacuzzi, pools, a supermarket, deli, ice cream parlor, internet cafe and pharmacy gift stores.
We have a ground floor garden view condo that can accommodate two-six people. The condo is spacious and elegant, with 2200 square feet of living space. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. The condo has a full kitchen which include a washer and dryer area, breakfast bar, dining room, and living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds. There is free wifi included too!
Cabo offer's world class fishing, snorkeling, diving, and golf. Some of the world's best golf courses are a short drive from the resort. Town restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are a ten minute walk along the beach or a short cab ride away. There is no place like Cabo and no better way to enjoy it than at Your Home By the Sea at La Estancia!

The fee is used exclusively for improving the quality of life in the working-class neighborhoods of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, in projects like beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainable programs. This is a governmental fee that is mandated by the local government; even though the fee is collected by the resort upon check-out.
Also please note that September is maintenance/construction month. While you may not be impacted by this, please be aware that there may be potential for loud noise, stemming from construction during your stay. This is unfortunately out of our control and we will not be able to refund for any construction related issues during the month of September..

We loved the condo and all the amenities of the resort as well. No ocean view but a great patio and outdoor area.

The resort and the condo are both beautiful. However, a couple of things that should be addressed on the unit. 2 of the 3 fans on the patio do not work. The A/C in the second bedroom is not working properly. The maintenance man came in to take a look on our first day, and could not fix it. It was difficult to get the room below 76 degrees.Made sleeping a bit tough. The master bedroom had a very nice AC unit and kept that room nice and cool. We did have a great time and most likely will return at some point. Thank you!

Everything was just as described! Beautiful clean fully stocked and location was incredible. Would def stay again!

Jackhammer noise all day inside (room) from adjacent rooms and outside, half the pool also closed and being resurfaced/repaired. Flies were super aggressive at breakfast both inside and outside by the water. Club area next door for football night was disappointing (TVs fuzzy), room acoustic issues and decor needed help. Toilet continued to run in main bath, headboard loose, master bed a bit too soft. Overall would not return from our experience and was a big difference coming from #1 resort in Cabo to this being #5. More space but there were a number of downsides and we regret not finishing the trip at the Waldorf. Space and outdoor area would have been nice if not for the construction noise. Cabo overall was a disappointment compared toother destinations we visit (Aruba, Curacao, Caymans, Cozumel, etc)
