- A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange excursions, dinner reservations, and shop for groceries. (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
This villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The master suite has a kind bed with a pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining area full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry as well as a washer/dryer wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.

Wonderful Thanksgiving break getaway! Perfect location, gorgeous views of the ocean right off the patio, friendly and helpful staff. The whales were out and the weather was perfect. Highly recommend.

This was a family trip with older kids. The Estancia location is perfect for those that want to have a quiet trip and for those that are looking for the wild lights of Cabo as it is a quick 15min walk to the action Cabo. The actual resort is very quiet at night..not a peep after about 9:30/10pm. We had a two bedroom and they are great space, beautifully kept and the views are remarkable. The Estancia staff are very friendly, the cleaning/maintenance amazing service. We would definitely return. Great gym and great run/walking area as well. I would only suggest to these condo owners as in some other units it would be helpful to have a few more kitchen basics such as Saran, Foil, basic spices, detergents...but again not a big deal at all. Amazing stay and I/we will 100% be back regularly!
