Location and safely. Comfortable accomodation with A/C. Great communication with the managing agents Ann and Steven, who was very helpful and accommodating.
The apartment does not have DSTV. You have to sign into your own account. A few cosmetic flaws like torn wallpaper and a faulty shower door hinge.

Excellent modern location in the heart beat of Stellenbosch, conveniently attached to Eikenstead Mall with all its shops, groceries etc. Stellenbosch central town is only a few mins walk away, very convenient access overall.
Space seemed new, very airy with a lovely mini balcony offering ample sunlight into the property. Perfect location in central Stellenbosch and a base to explore further out !
Space may be a little small overall, as it's just a studio unit. Still though, comfortable enough for two adults or a solo traveler.
