Prime Location for strolls through the streets

Location location location. It was so easy to take a walk down the street and nip into vibey restaurants and coffee shops. There is a coffee shop 2 blocks down that sells cappuccinos for R14, which became our go -to. We also felt safe walking around in the evening. The unit is very secure.

Property needs an update for mould in the bathroom, a good clean, paint, cleaning of the ceiling fans. Shower drain was full of hair, shower itself had mould and towels were stained with make up, ceiling fan caked with dust, used soap bar was left in the shower for us to use, and the shower leaks onto the floor after use. No trash can in bathroom, the only trashcan was in a dark corner of the kitchen, where one of us hit our heads coming up on a sharp cabinet corner. This all leaves the impression that the property was not cleaned or prepared with care.

Wouldn't recommend at the price - it needs to be renovated.

Location to shops and restaurants was great. It was quiet and safe.

It's in urgent need of renovations or needs to be cheaper as very outdated. Absolutely basic facilities. Bathroom is so outdated and kitchen has a two plate stove that is not suitable for a self catering 5 day stay. Two single beds pushed together and the one duvet was so thin we had to share bedding to keep warm. Expected B&B quality bedding at least. The only window looks onto another building which is covered in the one way film.

The location was perfect. The host was easy to contact and flexi le with the check-in and check-out time.

The cleanness of the bathroom could be improved. Also the glasses and cups in the kitchen were far from perfect.

What an absolute gem of a place- peaceful, stylish and centrally located.

Extremely safe and secure. Harriet went out of her way to accommodate us. Absolute great host.
