Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone - są wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy w kuchni, w łazience i w pokojach. Dobra lokalizacja. Bisko jest przystanek i jest możliwość dojazdu tramwajem z Alicante. Ładne widoki z balkonu i okna. Plaża znajduje się blisko bloku, ale jest to plaża piaszczysto-kamienista. Całkowicie piaszczysta plaża znajduje się w centrum miasta. W pobliżu są sklepy. Na terenie osiedla jest dużo miejsc parkingowych i wspólny basem dla tego osiedla. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny. Udziela porad dotyczących zwiedzania, zakupów, wycieczek.

Brak możliwości włączenia jednocześnie wszystkich klimatyzatorów (z dużą mocą) i jednoczenie innych urządzeń elektrycznych w mieszkaniu (z powodu ograniczenia mocy prądu elektrycznego w mieszkaniu) - o tym uprzedzał nas gospodarz po zarezerwowaniu mieszkania przed przyjazdem. Dla mnie to nie był duży problem, ale trzeba pamiętać o tym.

La urbanización donde se encuentra el apartamento es ideal: tranquila, segura y muy agradable. El lugar es precioso y perfecto para ir con niños. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con muchos aparatos que nos facilitaron cocinar. Los detalles de navidad son preciosos y crean un ambiente muy acogedor. Además, la limpieza es impecable. La urbanización cuenta con bares y restaurantes cercanos donde se comía bastante bien, y la playa está muy cerca, lo que hace la ubicación aún más cómoda. También tiene muy buena movilidad para acercarse al centro. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
