Evin konumu mükemmel. Otoparkı da güzel ve güvenilir. Temizlik görevlisi hanımefendi çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü birisi. Kendisine özellikle teşekkür ediyoruz.
Yataklar kesinlikle değiştirilmeli. İki kişilik yataklar oldukça eskimiş ve yayları bozulmuştu. Otopark girişi çok dar. Geniş bir arabanız varsa girmekte zorlanabilirsiniz. Asansör yok. Yaşlılar ve hastalar için merdivenler zor olabilir.

Наявність парковки. Дуже просторе помешкання з усіма необхідними зручностями. Окремі спальні та вітальня. Можливо, незвичне розташування душу. Але, здається, це типово для всього міста.
Зважайте на розміри вашого авто! Якщо воно широке, паркування може стати пригодою (але не безнадійною).

Very good apartmant in centrum of Sofia. Close to everywhere and everything you need by steps. Free parking inside ia very difficult so if you dont have small car, dont try it at al (we had Opel Astra 2025 and it was exactly how was walls). Petfriedly (our dogs was welcome without problem). Good secure door. Washing machine is big plus
Its old apartmant, in old building. One room is beautiful and new (we get older one ready). Toilet is the tinniest what i ever see, but still enough for quick toilet.

Location in walking distance to all major sights.
One mattress is entirely unsuitable for further use. No window protection against mosquitoes and plenty of mosquitoes coming inside.
Bathroom is 1 small sink (no cupboard/place to put things), being, next to shower outlet (no separate shower compartment), being right next to toilet.
Mold around sink and heating tubes passing through floor.
No kitchen towel, too less kitchen utensils (e.g., 3 spoons for 4 people).
No lift, 3 floors to climb.
