Foarte aproape de zona centrală si proprietarul a oferit explicații foarte detaliate (scrise, cu ilustrații si harti) privind accesul la locație, diferite detalii privind funcționalitatea apartamentului, precum si cu privire la atracțiile turistice din zona si loc de parcare din apropiere. . O f buna comunicare cu proprietarul.
Blocul este foarte vechi, cu o scara neingrijita si mirositoare. Atenție, apartamentul este la etajul 5, fara lift, deci nu este pentru toată lumea. Plus ca parcarea din fata blocului trebuie plătită imediat, altfel vi se blochează roata garantat. As recomanda așternuturi mai calitative. Noi am stat doar o noapte asa ca nu am fost prea afectati de minusuri.

Местото за настаняване е на много близко разтояние от центъра и всички забележителности,ресторанти и заведения.Комуникацията е много добра и с лесен достъп.Чист и уютен апартамент.Бих го посетила отново.
