Zona Centrală.
Apartamentul este foarte învechit în general, cu geamuri de lemn de când este construit blocul, fara plase de insecte, si are suficiente pinze de păianjen pe la colțurile tavanelor. In concluzie chiar daca este un apartament cu suprafața buna este neigenizat pentru cei care au ceva minima pretenții.

Excellent location in downtown Sofia. The apartment was well equipped and had everything I could hope for. Convenient to Metro, shopping, and restaurants. Even had a great washing machine. Despite central location, the apartment is located off the main Street and was very quiet. Don't let the dark and grim entrance hallway dissuade you, the apartment itself is worth it.
Maybe add an extra shelf for the bathroom sink?

The apartment is well located, in the center of Sofia, 5 min walk to Vitosha street and Serdika metro station, with plenty of restaurants around. The building is quite historical, and thus the apartment has very high ceilings and very spacious. It is well renovated, all the furniture is new and was barely used, all the equipment is functioning well. There is everything that you might need in the apartment. Highly recommended!
Due to the location in a central and historical area, the building was built some time ago, so you can hear your neighbors talking around which is normal for these old types of houses.

The situation with parking in the center of Sofia is disaster. No elevator in the building..
