È un peccato non avere un piatto doccia..scale pericolose..esterno da rivedere e poi formiche che sono nell'appartamento...la pulizia è parziale..polvere un po ovunque e filtri del climatizzatore assolutamente intasati

Excelente ubicación. Todo funcionaba y era nuevo en el departamento.
La cochera relativamente incómoda para entrar y salir con el auto.

Apartamento muy limpio y nuevo, corresponde exactamente a las fotos y cerca de centro 10/15 minutos andando. Cocina totalmente equipada y lavadora , cafetera también (con cápsulas incluidas) La comunicación con el anfitrión muy clara y detallado muy bien como entrar. Es verdad que el patio cuando entras en el edificio es muy feo pero el apartamento es precioso y la zona es segura. El parking está en un garaje cerquita, la plaza es muy pequeña y la entrada en pendiente. Con cuidado entras, pero con un coche grande no lo creo.
La escalera para subir donde está la cama es estrecha y bastante peligrosa. La barandilla se mueve mucho, de echo una vez se salió.
