Artistic Flat in City Center for Business&Pleasure Trips

Die Wohnung insgesamt war in Ordnung, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, Haus war neu.

Die Ablage unter dem Spiegel im Bad war lange schon abgerissen und die Reste rostig! Von drei Tagen hat das WLan einen Tag nicht funktioniert, dann kam erst eine Anleitung, wie man es in Gang bringt. Die Umgebung ist recht verfallen , nicht unsicher, vermittelt aber von der Stadt einen schlechten ersten Eindruck.

Appartamento arredato con gusto, pulito, luminoso e spazioso. Cucina ben attrezzata e fornita di molti prodotti (caffè, sale, olio, zucchero ecc.). Ottima posizione vicinissimo al Mercato delle donne e a 10 min dalla metro Serdika (linea gialla per aeroporto) e dalle attrazioni turistiche. Facile accesso autonomo alla struttura. Supermercati Billa e Lidl nelle vicinanze (zona ponte dei leoni).

smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, smart TV only worked on first night the it won't connect, a bit dark, area is a bit "beaten down"

The apartment is good overall. It is fairly new, clean, and well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, stovetop, and air conditioning). The bed is comfortable. The location is central and well connected to both the bus station and the airport.

The neighborhood is quite run-down and dirty. At night, it did not feel particularly safe. The check-in instructions do not appear in the app; they are only available on the website. If, like me, you are traveling with just your phone, you are unlikely to find them. The host also does not send the instructions unless you specifically ask for them (most hosts do). It was probably my mistake not to check this beforehand, but it is worth keeping in mind. The Wi-Fi signal barely reaches the bedroom, even though the apartment is not very large. The curtains do not block the light properly, so in summer the room gets bright very early in the morning. Bringing an eye mask is recommended. The bathroom would also benefit from having a proper shower tray, as water tends to spread across the floor.
