The property was very comfortable and with everything you need for your trip. And it was very big and nice!

The location was one of the good ones in Sofia. There was a bottle of water and 3 coffee pads ready. Fridge and air conditioning were turned on. Shower gel in 2 places in the bathroom. Overall clean. Very helpful host, answers quickly and in perfect English!

There was too much noise overall. The apartment was on the first floor, next to the cleaning room and every day there was noise from there. Also there was noise from the rooms above and also from the outside. The neighbors were too noisy in terms of metal doors outside and also balcony noise, even at 02:30 at night. Cleanliness was mediocre, there was a bad smell everywhere which was covered with an electric fragrance diffuser. I believe the smell was from the curtains, please wash the curtains and do not use diffusers, it makes things worse. Also the carpets next to the bed were not clean. The beds do not have any suspension, just the mattress on top of a flat laminate. Main entrance diffuser smell is way too strong. There is no need for that. Area: Stores close at 22:00 or 23:00. You cannot find something to buy or have food there. Rooms shows bigger in the pictures while they are really small.
