Месторасположение, цена. Хозяин был всегда на связи и оперативно решал все вопросы (подключение к wi-fi, включение бойлера, фен для волос).
Диван в гостинной, а также матрац и наматрацник в спальне с пятнами. Двери между гостинной и спальней поломанные (фото).

Location in the center (10-15 minutes to the central street with banks. cafe, shops and etc.). Supermarket and fruits and vegetables stand in 5 minutes walking around. Quiet place with open windows are comfortable to sleep. In 10 minutes walking public parking (NDK - НДК) which cost for us 30 lev = 15 Euro (19 hours). To reach the parking you need to go through the park and two underground passages.
Hang hooks in the bathroom for towels. Do something with the bathtub, as there is an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. It would be great to find at least a small bottle of water and tea for tired travelers.

Фото соответствуют реальности. Большая квартира. Тихий район. Шампунь есть, полотенец много. На кухне есть техника и посуда. Кондиционеры работают. Есть стол для работы. 3 отдельных спальных места. Рядом круглосуточный магазин.
На светлом диване видны пятна. Сомнительное решение с неогороженным душем - после душа воду с пола нужно убирать.

Iekļūšana apartamentos, bija vienkārša pēc saimnieka atsūtītajām norādēm. Veļa tīra. Ir gludeklis, veļas mazgājamais līdzeklis veļas mašīnai. Labi, ka siltā ūdens boileris, līdz ar to visu laiku bija siltais ūdens. Virtuvē labi, jauni trauki. Jauns, tīrs ledusskapis. Saimnieks atsaucīgs, uz jautājumiem atbildes sniedza ātri. Ieteica, ko labāk apskatīt Sofijā.
Neiesaku nesmēķētājiem izvēlēties šo naktsmītni, jo gan kāpņu telpās, gan ari dzīvoklī īpaši tualetē cigarešu smaka. Gultas veļa novalkāta. Visas mēbeles, virtuves iekārta apartamentos diezgan nolietotas. Mazās lampiņas pie gultas neviena nedega. Pēc dušas lietojuma tualetē visa grīda slapja, neērti savākt slapjumu.
