The rooms were big, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good. We don't have complaints.
The only thing I was surprised about was the fact the location didn't match the one shown in the listing, but the address was still in the center, so I guess it's not a biggie.

I wish they can tell me the apartment number in advance. There are other residents in the building and it's on the 3rd without elevator

Near the centre, close to many restaurants and bars.
Not VIP at all. Needs further investment to improve the amenities. Photos from the description are not reflecting reality.
When getting 2 apartments for the family, we expected to be in the same location, but it was not, making difficult the situations with the luggage, meeting, etc.
Instructions were wrong for 1 flat, stating it was the number 6 and it was the number 4, we just tried on a few doors and happened to open the key. The other apartment had just 1 set of keys.
We could not get an earlier check in ( we asked for 1-2hrs) but they asked if we would leave earlier from check out time, so they could send their team to clean..
There is no lift on the flats. Pillows were super soft, not comfy. No bathroom towel for the feet. No kitchen cloth, nor napkins or place to dry the dishes.
