Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - przy placu NDK. Do linii metra M2 jest 150 m. Wokoło bardzo dużo lokali gastronomicznych i tuż obok jest deptak Witosza. W mieszkaniu jest mały balkon od strony podwórka na którym można miło spędzić czas. Mieszkanie ogólnie przytulne. Właściciel miły i kontakt przebiegał bez problemu.
Hałasy dobiegające z ulicy podczas przejeżdżania tramwajów. Linia tramwajowa jest usytuowana około 1,5 metra od budynku. Przejeżdżający tramwaj powoduje drżenie całego budynku i jest bardzo głośny.

Obiekt w super lokalizacji, bardzo przestronny, łatwość w dotarciu do centrum i bliskość sklepów. Na plus duża kuchnia, wygodne pokoje, balkon i wszystkie udogodnienia na miejscu: deska do prasowania, suszarka, telewizor, wyposażona kuchnia itp.
Niestety bardzo zaskoczył nas prysznic, który jest bez kabiny (cała łazienka jest kabiną) ale spaliśmy tylko dwie noce więc potraktowaliśmy to w kategorii przygody. Jeden pokój jest od strony ogrodu i jest bardzo cichy ale drugi ma tuż za oknem tramwaj więc polecam stopery do uszu. Na krótki pobyt nie przeszkadza.

Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson- alle Fragen konnten zeitnah geklärt und gelöst werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, verfügt über die notwendige Ausstattung, perfekte zentrale Lage!
Nichts zum Beanstanden. Allfällige kleine Mängel, jedoch für die Gesamtbewertung nicht relevant.

חדר המדרגות חשוך מיושן מאוד ולא נעים. החניה במרחק 10 דקות הליכה לפחות - קשה עם המזוודות. אין אפילו איפה לעצור ה בכדי להוריד את המזוודות ולהמשיך. המקלחת נמצאת על השירותים בחדרון קטנטן. יש קילופי צבע במקומות שונים. המיטה המתקפלת היתה שבורה בחלקה. האינטרנט לא עבד ולא הגיעו לתקן. השומר בחניה מתנהג בגסות.
