The property has a perfect location. Bonus fact is that you can use paid underground parking space.
Really small apartment. The bathroom sink is practically unusable - the size of two palms. The toilet seat was broken and it was difficult to use the toilet. The room wasn't clean enough. Leftovers were found around the bedside table. The bed mattress was very old and worn. The bed linen was very old and torn in places. What else can I say?
