Всичко беше прекрасно, липсва само държач за поставяне на тоалетната хартия на стената, както и място за поставяне на козметика до душа. Трудно е да се намери къде е ключа, защото е закачен за решетка на мазето отстрани на входната врата, по инструкциите не става ясно къде е решетката. Трябва да се проверява дали работят климатиците преди настаняване на гости и да се пометат балконите.

The apartment is a 9, amenities are a 5, cleaning is a 4. Your experience will depend entirely on how long you are staying and how much you'll use the apartment. For a family of 3 and a toddler staying for 14 days it proved challenging. The positive: the apartment is fantastic, specious, light, nicely furnished, and pet friendly. Location is great, within walking distance to all the sights, with all means of public transport at the doorstep. Great noise canceling windows and comfy beds (the two single beds a bit less so). The management company that runs the place has great customer service for technical issues, very attentive and responsive. There was an issue with one of the AC units and with the TV, and we also asked for a second key and it was all sorted out within 24h. They also provided us with a change of towels and bedsheets upon request, so we could change them halfway through our stay.

The apartment was absolutely filthy upon arrival. The surfaces had been dusted, but there were cobwebs behind the doors, tufts of dust under furniture, and the balconies, windows and windowsills had not been cleaned in months. Shower wasn't cleaned properly either. When the issue was raised with the management company they requested additional payment for cleaning an otherwise didn’t seem to care. I ended up buying cleaning products and spending hours scrubbing the place so our toddler could roam safely. The second issue is the kitchen: there is no microwave, no toaster, nothing with which to prepare breakfast or warm up food. The dishwasher is superfluous because there is not enough cutlery or crockery to last the day at full occupancy, so everything has to be washed by hand yet there is no draining board or enough kitchen towels. In the bathroom there is no toilet paper holder, no toiletries rack in the shower, etc. The way I see it, this apartment is a 400€ investment tops and one heavy duty, floor to ceiling cleaning away from being a 10, but judging by the carless attitude of the host I am not optimistic.
