Excellent central location, well equiped, spacious apartment (including a washing machine) and a communicative host. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Art31. Silvia communicated clearly before we arrived, and the spacious apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is in the heart of the lively centre, with cafes, restaurants, shops, transport, and attractions right outside. It was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly as depicted in the photos. Don’t be discouraged by the entry or corridor, as they don’t reflect the apartment behind the double door. Inside, it is safe, quiet, and gives you the feeling of living like a local. The small elevator was useful for taking our bags to the first floor, though we used the stairs after that. The key can be a little tricky at first, but you quickly learn how to jiggle it to unlock the door. It was a wonderful way to experience central Sofia, and we highly recommend it. Thank you, Silvia, for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

A toaster would have been handy, but not a deal breaker.

Excellent location. The host Silvia is always there to help. The apartment has everything you need for a week's stay or even more. A minute's walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Despite being in the center, the apartment is very quiet. There is an elevator. Highly recommended
