perfect location, excellent apartment

Great location! It was also nice that 2 coffee cups and small bottles of water were provided, the hygiene was decent and the free parking was also very convenient.

There’s no view (or at least not a good one), but for the price you couldn’t really ask for one either.

Location is perfect since it's in a city center. Not to mention that there is private parking which allowed us to also travel and visit distant sites. Street is quiet since it's one way street. Lidl is just around the corner. Complimentary coffee was nice.

Apartment's location was convenient to see most attractions. Its size and having bedroom separate from living area. Air conditioning excellent in both areas.

Parking provided was small even for a small car. The allocated place clearly marked on the wall, was not always available to us. Depending on the size of the car it is very difficult to move around the parking yard when all slots are occupied. We had problems with water tank. It was broken when we arrived and water didn't get in. We advised the host who said that the repair man left it in working condition but it didn't. We have had the same struggle all our stay (5 days). We had to open the lid, push the buoy and see if it worked... The interior of the cistern is dirty and old and smells and it is a hassle to do it every time. This same issue was reported in October 2024 by another customer. We have a video and pictures that show the issue. There were two TVs and three remote controls... There are two remote controls for the TV in the living area. None of them worked. The bedroom TV only had a channel to see (children's). We chose the flat as the pictures showed a little shower to act as bidet and it wasn't there. Kitchen: Utensils: The smallest kitchen knife isn't sharp and you have to use huge ones which is dangerous. Pan and pots had to be washed previous to use. They were dirty and greasy. Pan was old and stuck eggs. Refrigerator. It is very small and only fits small bottles and cans upright. No towels for the kitchen. Electric sockets: only in the bedboard. None in the living area. The insulation of the apartment is inefficient... There was a dog in the next door apartment that was barking. Basic and minor changes would make a difference. Pictures are nice... But they don't make it all.
