Местоположението на апартамента е топ. На пешеходно разстояние от градски транспорт(автобуси и метро). Няколко платени паркинга в близост. Ресторанти и заведения в близост също. Паркове за разходка също.
Всичко в апартамента скърца - паркет, легла, гардероби. Доста неприятно усещане. Имаше климатик само в хола.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado a 10min del Palacio Nacional y su parada de metro y a 15 andando de la calle Vitosha que es la principal de la ciudad. Está reformado, las camas son cómodas y cuenta con lavadora.
Se encuentra en un segundo piso sin ascensor, el edificio está algo descuidado, televisor no funciona correctamente y no es smart TV, algo de mal olor por cañerías pero soportable y lo más negativo es que el menaje de cocina estaba descuidado, sartén descascarillada donde se pegaba todo y cuchillo y tijera roto se debería cambiar.Las terrazas sucias y descuidadas y el tendedero de ropa roto. Son cosas que se deberían de cuidar más

Once the problems were addressed we had a nice stay. We were only using the flat to sleep in so didn't need to spend much time there anyway.
When we arrived the flat was filthy and the beds and other furniture were broken. Fortunately the owner was very responsive and sent in cleaners the next day and workmen the day after to fix everything. I would have appreciated a partial refund for the first couple of days that were unpleasant however. The sofa was too low and very uncomfortable. If you have less mobile people in your group they will struggle.
