Had to pay extra for the parking slot and it should have been in the price since is advertised.

It is a nice little apartment room, with a kitchenette and a clean bathroom. The surroundings are good, quiet and not that far from the city centre with public transport, and 15min walk from a shopping mall. Communication with Katalina and the cleaners was very easy and friendly!
All was fine. It might be useful to add a bigger cup that can be used in the microwave and the sheets were super clean, but very used.

We stayed in studio 1 on the 4th floor - it was a fair size with twin beds, small kitchenette including fridge, microwave, stove top and wet room with hairdryer. It was situated close enough to the city centre. The hot water was plentiful although extremely hot so you have to be careful to test it before using it. The beds more comfortable than they looked, and it was in a fairly quiet location. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent.
There was no mop in the wet room so we had to use a towel so we could use the toilet afterwards.
The stove top had a cooker hood above which was broken and taped up.
The studio is in need of updating and maintenance, with broken areas around the entrance door and wet room mostly.
