The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people and the balcony is spacious. The host was very responsive and helpful, the check-in/check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The apartment had strong wifi and all facilities were in good working order.

There was a bit of night-time noise from the neighbouring apartment (someone watching tv or listening to the radio), it was not a major issue for us and it may only have been temporary. The balcony needed a bit of a clean when we arrived.

Przestronność i taras na plus.

Apartament nie był przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Był nieposprzątany po poprzednich gościach pomimo poinformowania personelu o godzinie przyjazdu. Dopiero wieczorem po naszej interwencji udało się go posprzątać. Choć to też chyba za duże słowo - raczej ogarnąć. Łazienka przetarta szmatą ( zacieki na muszli klozetowej, pleśń na płytkach obok wentylatora), przestrzeń pomiędzy kuchenką a szafa nie była sprzątana od roku lub dwóch- ( resztki jedzenia kurz i lepki brud). Największa farsą była wiadomość z linkiem do zostawienia sprzątaczce napiwku 😂.

Pulita, luminosa, accogliente

La doccia, credo che in Bulgaria siano tutte così. C erano pochi asciugamani ma dopo averli chiesti all host il problema si è risolto. L unico consiglio è quello di cambiare il ferro da stiro, ormai datato.
