Bardzo klimatyczna kamienica z 1911r. Pokoje nie za wielkie, ale wystarczające. Czysto i komfortowo. Dobrze skomunikowane, wszędzie blisko. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Duży plus za ekspres do kawy.

Świetna lokalizacja, w pobliżu mnóstwo sklepików kawiarni itp. Nocą cicho na zewnątrz. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.
Bardzo mała łazienka, niektórym może być bardzo niekomfortowo, nie było nawet dywanika. Hałasy z sąsiednich pokoi (głośno słychać tupanie podczas gdy ktoś chodzi w pokoju wyżej lub chrapie). Standard mógłby być wyższy, już nieco zużyta pościel, mało ręczników.

The location was fine that's about it.
The room size was extremely small and the bed was very uncomfortable with no walking space at all..the bathroom also was soooo small with no moving space at all.
