We've booked the flat for 6 nights. However when arrived we noticed that some of the supplies are limited, such as there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and no hairdryer. The manager sent someone to deliver the supplies on the same day which was very helpful.
The shower+toilet was extremely small that you can barely stand straight while showering. The tank for hot water is also very limited that we have to wait until it refills (30mins or more) so we don't shiver in the coldness.

Ами недостатъците бледнеят за нас, има такива естествено, миниатюрната баня например, но при следващото ни пътуване до София пак бихме отседнали там!

The location is good.
Old - Soviet time (maybe even pre-WWII) - style apartment with one room and big enough kitchen is fine for one or two persons.
But the bathroom is extremely small - less than 2 sq.m. It includes the toilet, small sink and a shower. So to take the shower is tricky.
And in the morning there is not enough hot water for two persons.
