This is a really beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable. I’ve never stayed in a place which was better equipped. The location is perfect for visiting the main sights of Sofia, within easy walking distance, and there are many restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets, banks, parks and other facilities nearby. There’s a tram stop and Metro station right outside and it’s easy to reach the airport and all parts of the city. Alex is very responsive and must be the kindest, friendliest and most helpful host out there.

As we were making our way out after we’d come back later to pick up the luggage left behind when we had to check out, the host bequeathed us two plastic spoons so that we could consume the Greek yogurt we transported from Thessaloniki and which we’d forgotten in the fridge. Any other suggestion would be underselling the kindness and attentiveness of the host
There was nothing to dislike.
