Το σπίτι είναι πολύ καλή επιλογή συνολικά. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, κοντά σε όλα, ο χώρος ευρύχωρος και όμορφος, με όλες τις βασικές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, αρκετές πετσέτες και πάντα ζεστό νερό. Επίσης ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι πολύ βοηθητικός και το σπίτι ασφαλές.

Η κλειδαριά της πόρτας κολλάει και θέλει προσοχή στο κλείδωμα, η θέρμανση δεν επαρκεί πλήρως για το μέγεθος του σπιτιού, τα ντουλάπια και κάποια σκεύη δεν ήταν απόλυτα καθαρά, υπάρχει ελαφριά μυρωδιά μούχλας, το παράθυρο της κρεβατοκάμαρας δεν κλείνει πολύ καλά και στο μεγάλο μπάνιο δεν υπάρχει κλειστός χώρος ντους. Παρόλα αυτά, η τιμή είναι πολύ καλή και μπορείς να μείνεις άνετα.

Ambiguous pricing (small print - beware) didn’t include ‘taxes’ therefore amounting to an extra €53. I contacted the management who were dismissive. I explained that it was mis-leading to quote one price (in bold and large type) and then add extras at the end - this is not usual practice in my experience with booking.com and is confusing and deceptive. A compromise was not offered and I paid triple what I would normally pay for single accommodation (non refundable). A costly mistake. Customer service was disappointing (although I think they have reviewed their advertising and changed their pricing to ‘all inclusive’ since my complaint). Businesses like this do not deserve to succeed when they confuse their clients. It should be transparent! I wouldn’t recommend this apartment especially when there are better and more honest establishments.
