Very good location, well equipped kitchen, good facilities.
The flat can get a little cold but there is a power electrical heater to solve that. There were no batteries in the TV and AC remotes.

The maisonette is located in the city center, close to small shops, cafés, and restaurants. The bathroom is renovated and in very good condition. The self check-in with a lockbox is very convenient.
Unfortunately, the photos shown are very old. The current condition of the maisonette is not what the pictures present. Everything is quite worn, although still clean. There is a TV, but unfortunately there is no cable television. The sofa shown in the photos no longer exists. Instead, there was some kind of folding bed placed in the middle of the room, which only made the space look smaller. Behind it, under the staircase niche, everything that should have been hidden from guests was stored.
When I arrived, it was quite cold and it took a long time to warm up the entire place. I also received three different sets of instructions on how to enter the apartment and how to check out, which was confusing.

La posizione centrale.
Il pavimento dell'appartamento era sporco e nella doccia c'erano muffa e capelli.
Il letto matrimoniale in realtà è un letto ad una piazza e mezza e abbiamo dormito in tre perché una poltrona/letto al piano di sotto era rotta.
Non è stato possibile cucinare perché le pentole e le padelle non erano adatte ai fornelli ad induzione. Inoltre, una padella era particolarmente rovinata! Vi consiglio di buttarla perché può essere molto pericolosa e cancerogena.
Il tappeto al piano di sopra era messo al contrario sotto il letto.. non ho avuto il coraggio di capire il motivo..
