The jacuzzi bath was really nice, after all that's what made me get that room. The location was pretty nice, having everything that you need around you and even the metro station was 15 min walk away.
First, when we entered there were bugs coming out from the sink, luckily it was from the canal and when we closed it there were no more bugs but that's still an indication that there's bug infestation in the building. The floor was not very clean so when we stepped barefoot our feet got really dirty. There was some carpentry done in the room so there was still wooden dust on the wall from it. The apartment was missing all toiletries except hand soap, so we had to buy ourselves. There was no point to complain to the staff as they are working until 6pm and we got there at a later time. One of the nights we couldn't sleep because a drunk dude was banging on the doors but this can happen everywhere so it won't affect my rating.

Hosts were very helpful and went an extra mile to accommodate me.
My flight arrived late and the host enabled me to check-in and hour later. The office was still available at 9pm and gave me phone instructions to find the apartment, thanks.
There was an issue with my travel adapter which kept stuck in the socket and this has been resolved as well, many thanks 👍🏻.
