The location is very good. The building is in a side street, so it is very quiet. The studio has an air conditioning making it which is the indispensable during the hot summer days.

There's a damage deposit that is not included in the original price that you need to be aware of. I didn't have to pay it, eventually, because I complained to the owner about the fact that it wasn't mentioned on Booking. The floor needs fixing, one of the curtains was hanging half attached, some of the outlets were poorly mounted...small stuff but annoying, because otherwise the place is very comfortable and clean. I would also suggest to free the wardrobe from the extra linen. It takes too much space which might be needed for the guests' belongings.

Good location

The house had multiple problems (the wooden floor was uprooted, there were a few broken items), etc. the hosts didn’t take any action to do something. The excuse was flooding prior to our reservation. Unfortunately, it was at our expense.
