The owner was quite informative and the location is perfect.
The bath room does not have sufficient amount of hot water.

Great central location, very helpful host who offered me taxi service from and to the airport- it was really great ( I had a night flight).
Unusual and not really comfortable bathroom. It takes time to get used to the smell in the basement.
