It was a spacious apartment with ample living spaces and great storage in the bedroom. Good transport links to city centre.

The kitchen cupboards were broken around the sink which meant it didn’t have a homely vibe to relax in. Comfort in living / kitchen on the lower end of spectrum. Although good transport links, the description implied was much more central than it was.

L'appartamento è grande, ben arredato, ed è ben riscaldato (Febbraio 2026 e aveva nevicato) È in una posizione comoda e abbastanza centrale: in 10–15 minuti si raggiunge la stazione della metropolitana, e con massimo 20 minuti si arriva praticamente ovunque. Anche gli spostamenti da e per l’aeroporto sono semplici grazie alla metro. Molto utile la presenza di un negozio di alimentari proprio di fronte all’alloggio. È un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la città e le sue principali attrazioni storiche, perfetto per chi vuole comprendere davvero lo sviluppo e la storia dei luoghi. Abbiamo trovato i bulgari persone cordiali, disponibili e davvero piacevoli da incontrare. Anche la cucina ci ha sorpreso positivamente, con molti piatti adatti ai vegetariani. Consiglio vivamente una visita al Monastero di Rila e alla Chiesa di Bojana: si possono vedere entrambi in un’unica giornata affidandosi ai tour operator più affidabili.

Fantastic, modern apartment, kept absolutely spotless with good AC in the main living area and a decent fan in the bedroom. Had near enough everything that we needed and was glad we stayed there at the start and end of our holiday when in Sofia.

Sounds silly and apologies if I missed it, but instructions for the washing machine would have been useful. The morning we left I put it on "quick wash 35" programme but it took over two hours, meaning we had to pack wet clothes and were lucky to check out on time. Likewise we couldn't find any tea towels, so needed to use a hand towel from the bathroom to dry plates. Neither should detract from anyone planning on staying at a brilliant apartment.
