Merkeze yürüyerek 30 dk. Ücretsiz kapalı otopark imkanı iyiydi. Daire sıfır ayarında.
Duşa kabin yok, perde yada duş yeri ayrı değil. Banyo imkanı biraz olumsuzdu.

Good location, nice building.
It says 120sqm but it hardly has 50sqm. Size was probably given with all terraces area. Flat was quite small for family of 6. Toilet seat should be fixed, some hangers for towels added in bathroom

Really nice apartment with amazing view and garage
the elevator didn’t work for most of the days and we were at the 6th floor. aldo we ran out of toilet paper on the first day and i text the house owner and they told me that the would have bring us more and they didn’t

Es war ein relativ neues Gebäude, es gibt eine Tiefgarage und die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit tollen Blick.
Es gibt überall kleine Baumängel. Terassentür geht nicht richtig zu, die Bodenleiste zum Wohnzimmer fällt ab, im Fahrstuhl ist die Seitenwand aus Pappe.
Ein heftiges Problem ist eine kaputte Matratze . Durchgelegen ist kein Ausdruck dafür. Eine 15 cm tiefe Delle , die ein darauf schlafen unmöglich macht. Ausstattung war gut und modern, aber es fehlen Küchenhandtücher und im Bad, die Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Handtuchhalter?!
