I should specify that I ended up staying in their apartment at Dekonglu street, becayse the one I had booked initially wasn't available. They communicated this with me well in advance and I think I actually got an upgrade this way, at no extra cost. Great location, 3 minutes walking to Vitosha street and about 12 minutes to the Women's market. The tram is right around the corner. Yet the street is very quiet. Great communication with staff, even allowed me early check in and late check out. The apartment was super spacious, and very nicely decorated and equipped. I regretted that I only stayed two nights. It has a proper kitchen, fridge, stove, everything, and doors between rooms, so no noise pollution in the bedroom. Very bright, good curtains, nice balcony, and even a little fitness trainer yoke/ bike :) nice neighbours, too, I felt very safe.
I liked everything, just my stay was too short :(

Location is great. 5 mins walk to the main boulevard. Two decent size bedrooms with separate lounge and then kitchen/diner. AC in all rooms. Lift is available but there are still 5 steps between the lift and the front of the property. Not an issue for us but maybe to those with accessibility issues.

Location was superb—close to the tram and bus stops, the pedestrian area, a convenience shop, and situated in a safe neighborhood. The apartment had a lift, which was very important for my travel companion who has some mobility issues. The 3rd floor apartment also had two separate, spacious bedrooms with balconies, along with a large living area, kitchen, and dining space. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a fridge, toaster, and kettle. Host was very helpful as he remained in contact through WhatsApp in case we required anything. In fact he also booked us a taxi for our return trip to the airport.
Because my friend had some mobility issues, a shower would have been more convenient for her to use rather than a bath tub but as I said this was only because of her condition that she found it difficult to use the bath tub. Otherwise all good. In fact apartment has a bathroom as well as a spare toilet which makes it ideal to be rented out for more people.

The concierge of the building is a terrible, extremely unfriendly person. Zero points for him. They should fire him soonest .
