'Blue Sapphire House'- central&modern

A very spacious, comfortable, modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes on foot from the Serdica metro station. The apartment is ideal for exploring Sofia on foot and also for relaxing or dining in as it offers all amenities and comforts. Nearby you can find coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket and should you need anything the helpful hosts are stand by.

The front yard and the apartment entrance could use a renovation and better maintenance. Plus the heating (air-conditioning) is not sufficient for the bathroom and the second bedroom.

Comfortable beds, good facilities, good location, good communication.

Outside the main entrance, not enough lights, gate should be fixed and some work materials but since there are other residents I know they have to agree to get fixed by all of them.

En épocas frías tened en cuenta que solo hay un aparato de aire acondicionado en el salón. En las habitaciones no. A pesar del tiempo tan bueno que hemos tenido, sentíamos algo de frío en las habitaciones.
