A very spacious, comfortable, modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes on foot from the Serdica metro station. The apartment is ideal for exploring Sofia on foot and also for relaxing or dining in as it offers all amenities and comforts. Nearby you can find coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket and should you need anything the helpful hosts are stand by.

The front yard and the apartment entrance could use a renovation and better maintenance. Plus the heating (air-conditioning) is not sufficient for the bathroom and the second bedroom.

Comfortable beds, good facilities, good location, good communication.

Outside the main entrance, not enough lights, gate should be fixed and some work materials but since there are other residents I know they have to agree to get fixed by all of them.

La casa ha un' ottima posizione centrale, distanza 10 minuti da tutti i luoghi centrali da vedere. La casa è dotata dei confort e degli elettrodomestici

Purtroppo un appartamento senza polvere non significa che sia pulito... Le mura erano sporche, le porte bianche erano grigie dallo sporco, i tappeti color panna erano grigi dallo sporco, i copriletto altrettanto con un odore forte, non piacevole. In una camera da letto mancava completamente la portiera per oscurare la finestra che affaccia in un parcheggio e quindi visibile da tutti... E ho dovuto coprirla con una coperta. Poi il cortile per accedere all'appartamento tutto sporco e pieno di erbacce e la sera abbiamo trovato diversi scarafaggi ad attenderci al nostro rientro!!!
