Host and grandson very friendly & spoke English. Flat clean and tidy. Towels provided an
Difficult car parking / garage for bigger cars. No on street spaces. Flat also had no kitchen which is a great shame. Bathroom doors no locks.

Great stay at Sofia Peak. We took advantage of the airport pick up which was handy. The host Tsvety was very friendly, and communicating with her was easy. The apartment is in a nice part of the city with a 24 hour shop around the corner, a supermarket within 3 minutes walk, and a few bars/restaurants within a few minutes. Despite its' location it was very quiet and very little noise from outside, but less than a 10 minute walk to the centre. We took advantage of the large terrace as it was warm in early October.
There was some building work both in front and behind the apartment, but we were out all day so it did not bother us.

The location was perfect. Many beds and comfort was 10/10. I recommend it if you need the apartment for only naps and rests. There was no kitchen so we had to eat out but we came for 1 night so it was more than perfect.

On our arrival at the airport our host was friendly and welcoming. She provided us with transport to the apartment and was very knowledgeable about sites on the way. Our apartment was ideally located for exploring Sofia on foot. The host kindly provided a small heater as it could get cold on a night.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was tired and felt unloved. There was a strong smell in the main bathroom. There were a number of things in the apartment that needed addressing in order for a comfortable stay. It was lovely to have an outdoor space however, this area was uncomfortable and not a great space to sit. The building site directly opposite, together with noise from neighbouring properties, meant that sleep was disrupted.
