Great location, comfortable apartment, meeting all our needs. Very good value for money.
No lift, the apartment is on the 6th floor, it was very tiring to get to the apartment, especially considering the fact that we had a lot of baggage and 2 small children.

Location and price
Bed collapsed if sat on the side. Front door hard to unlock, very bad smell from drains in the bathroom.

The view with open space that the property provides.
The location, situated centrally, within walking distance to most of the places that we visited.
The entry to the building isn't easy.
The main door lock isn't functioning smoothly. It takes ages to enter especially when you're not "used" to it. On top of it, it must be also locked. Being 3 people with only one set of keys meant staying in pack everywhere we went, or leaving some of us in the unlocked flat and without a key, since whoever wanted to set free from the pack, needed the key to exit the building.
The flat stank of cigarettes. For a nonsmokers group that was the first and everlasting impression that we kept throughout our stay. And when you reach for a towel after you've freshen up- surprise!- it's also soaked with tobacco smell...
The 2 ACs are struggling to maintain the top floor apartment warm.
The cleanliness wasn't great, the bathroom floor had dust and hairs around the toilet seat, and a set of previously used towels was to be found hung at the door.
Opening and closing of the windows happens with a great bang / poor neighbours/, since for some reason they can't be smoothly closed and need a proper push to be closed.
