The apartment is clean, renovated, and quiet. The building itself is quite old, and during our six-day stay, the elevator was out of order twice — a bit much! Other than that, everything was great. It’s very close to public transportation and supermarkets.
The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, and the smell from the sewer can be quite unpleasant at times. The shower isn’t separated from the rest of the bathroom, so after every shower, you have to dry the floor to avoid slipping later.

Замечательное расположение ,до центра очень близко 20 мин пешком. Рядом шикарный ресторан, рекомендую его посетить. Хозяин очень заботливый и внимательный. Постоянно на связи.
Запах канализации, запах сигарет. Я понимаю что дом старый, но надо что-то делать.
