Большой номер в старом доме. Две отдельные комнаты и зал. Есть парковка во дворе. Колоритный дом. Интересный подъезд. Перспективный вариант но требует больше внимания от хозяина
Нет крючков в ванной. На 4 человека только 2 покрывала для сна. Пятна и отпечатки повсюду на мебели. В ванной рыжий скользкий налет во всей кабине. Нет лифта ( 4 этаж если считать с 0) . Сломан стул на кухне, остальные расшатаны. Шторы не вставлены в петли и болтались. Скорее всего номер не был убран после предыдущих жильцов, т.к. в комнате стоял стакан с водой надпитый Сиденье в туалете сломано и унитаз не очищен.

Удобно местоположение. Много добре организиран апартамент (добре усвоено пространство). Удобно за паркиране място.
Трети етаж и няма асансьор. Мръсна душ кабина. Мръсни чинии и прибори. Приполужение, че мястото е за 4 човека, имаше налични 2 големи и 1 малка чиния. Леглото е с проблем в подматрачната рамка. При пускане на мивката в банята, чешмата се разпадна и ме окъпа (нестегнато болтче).

El alojamiento es práctico y cómodo para 4 personas. Está bien reformado y tenía bastantes comodidades.
La falta clara de limpieza. Telearañas, sofá con mal olor, la mampara y el suelo de la ducha estaban muy sucios. Los muebles de la cocina estaban sucios. Es una pena porque el piso está muy bien pero hay una clara falta de limpieza.
